He inspected my roof thoroughly and gave me a fair quote for a repair instead of trying to scare me into a full replacement. Our projects included complete tear-off and replacement of shingles, repair of some decking wood and soffit wood, replacement with appropriate roof vent jacks and ridge vents, paint all the wood trim, soffits, etc. The crews were well organized, quick, and kept worksite clean. They also took many pictures, including drone pics, before, during and after to document work for insurance discount purposes. Also they filed documentation necessary for windstorm insurance compliance.”

They got there early and worked late to complete the project in one day and there was no hidden cost. “Just had our roof replaced by Brentwood last week, and we are extremely pleased with the results. Brent and his team were professional, prompt, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. Brent personally helped us file our windstorm claim and even met with the adjuster on-site. He always answered our calls and took the time to explain everything clearly whenever we had questions. We have a large roof footprint spread over five different structures, and his crew managed to complete the entire project in just one day. It was a long day for them, but they worked hard and handled it efficiently. They came back the second day to perform a couple of touchups and a final cleaning. They did a fantastic job protecting our property, including the pool and shrubbery, from any debris. Their cleanup was extremely thorough—once they left, aside from the beautiful new roof, you wouldn’t have even known they had been there. My old roof i the first photo had cheap 3 ply shingles on bad decking. Brentwood replaced all that decking with Techshield radiant barrier decking with quality Architectural grade shingles. 👍”
