Just had our roof replaced by Brentwood last week, and we are extremely pleased with the results. Brent and his team were professional, prompt, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. Brent personally helped us file our windstorm claim and even met with the adjuster on-site. He always answered our calls and took the time to explain everything clearly whenever we had questions. We have a large roof footprint spread over five different structures, and his crew managed to complete the entire project in just one day. It was a long day for them, but they worked hard and handled it efficiently. They came back the second day to perform a couple of touchups and a final cleaning. They did a fantastic job protecting our property, including the pool and shrubbery, from any debris. Their cleanup was extremely thorough—once they left, aside from the beautiful new roof, you wouldn’t have even known they had been there. Our roof had several leaks and was 14 years old. Brent took charge of contacting insurance, meeting at the house with the adjuster, and replacing the roof. The yard was left clean and the new roof looks great. Thanks Brentwood isl Construction for a great job.

(1st photo old roof for comparison) Need a new roof Brentwood is where you go! They will make sure the insurance companies pay you what you deserve, so you can get your roof fixed! My old roof i the first photo had cheap 3 ply shingles on bad decking. Brentwood replaced all that decking with Techshield radiant barrier decking with quality Architectural grade shingles. 👍
Brentwood Roofing came along side of us when we discovered we had roof damage from Hurricane Beryl that was not properly detected and was left unrepaired. We had no idea that we could still file for insurance and no idea of how to do so. At every step of the way, Brentwood went to bat for us and we were able to get a new roof in place covered by insurance! Brentwood staff were always professional, respectful and kind in dealing with us....they answered our many questions and went above and beyond.....they helped us file for fence repairs as well and followed through on this. The service we received from Brentwood is what you would look for and hope for in a service company, but rarely find. Thank you, Brent, and team for the amazing work and commitment!
Highly recommend! Our roof was damaged due to a hurricane storm. Brentwood worked with the insurance company to get everything covered. They arrived early morning and had the roof completed that evening!

Needing to get a new roof before putting our home on the market by the end of the month, Brent was very attentive to our needs and time constraints. Brent's crew did a great job! Quick and professional install. Also fixed some flaws from the previous roofer's work (misaligned shingle rows, back porch slope and adjacent angles).
These guys did a roof on my neighbors house, but did a awesome job of cleaning up debris that blow over into our back yard. They even removed the debris from the pool as well. Brent was very helpful.

Extremely professional, hard working team, did everything they could to mitigate damage to plants and shrubbery, worked from 7am until 9pm to finish in 1 day on a large roof with extreme slopes. Everything delivered as promised.

After our initial contact today of Facebook, be promptly returned my call and arranged for same day repair of our roof. His team was very professional and kind. My adult son that resides in the home has cognitive impairment and they were very kind and patient with him thought out the entire process. The quality of work is outstanding. He suggested a shingle color that would enhance the appearance of my home. Brent also called my HOA so my request was approved in less than 24 hours. From first contact to a finish new roof was in total around 3weeks thru the Tx Wind Insurance claim,would have been 2weeks if I had the deductible money in hand ,but all in all Brentwood did my large Two story roof a 2 day job in 8 hours ,demo repairs and replacement 100% plus housekeeping the property,after all was said and done we are getting a roof ,fence inside ceiling Sheetrock repair and total shed roof replacement for 30% of cost thru Brentwood personnel care dealing with the insurance adjustment department ..

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kenneth Martinson from Brentwood Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Brent @ Brentwood met all my expectations and surpassed them. I am a very picky person and he stayed on top of all my requests and made the process so smooth after the hurricane and dealing with my insurance. We ran into some rotten fascia & soffit when inspecting the roof before it was started and he got right on top of that and got it all knocked out and looks beautiful! He also handled my interior repairs from the leaking roof and did a fantastic job with that as well! I couldn’t be happier, do not hesitate to use him. Contractors/roofers are a dime a dozen these days but, quality ones are hard to find to like him!
Brentwood roofing construction did a wonderful magnificent job. The roof really looks fantastic and they even did upgrades at no cost. The pewter gray color really complements the house. It is by far the best looking roof in the neighborhood.

Brent made the process super easy, from quote to completion. He answered all our questions and concerns (even the dumb questions), and was thorough with documentation and the quality of his work every step of the way. Had our roof (about 2600 sqft total) done in a single day, even with having to repair several soft spots in our decking created from the shoddy job the last installers did. I’d be proud to recommend Brent and his crew to anyone needing their roof redone or repaired, especially if you’re in Friendswood. He’s local to the area, has probably done at least a couple other homes in your neighborhood, and he looks out for people in the community by offering excellent work at a fair price.
Brent did an amazing job on our roof. Not only did he help get it covered with insurance, he also helped with our HOA. Throughout the whole job, he was here checking to make sure everything was done properly. He even came back the next day to ensure we were happy with the job, and the area was cleaned up.

Hands down the best roofing experience I’ve had. Brent was so personable, kind and knowledgeable. He helped us get approved for a new roof after multiple other roofers told us they couldn’t.
